Delete your account
Submit a request to delete your Stockdey account and cloud data. We verify ownership before processing—usually within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login account and profile
- Synced business data tied to your organization (products, sales, stock, etc.)
- Push tokens and notification preferences for your devices
What you should do first
- Export any reports or records you need
- Cancel Pro in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribe there
- Use the same email as your Stockdey sign-in
Device-only data may remain until you uninstall the app or clear app storage. Privacy Policy
