Add your first products

Sales need a catalogue. Add a few items you actually sell this week before you worry about the full warehouse.

   Open Inventory or Products

   On mobile: Inventory tab. On web (Pro): Products in the sidebar (needs internet for create/edit).

   Create a product

   Name, category, selling price, and cost if you track margin. Goods can track stock; services usually do not.

   Add a barcode if you have one

   Scan it in on mobile or type the EAN/UPC. The till uses an exact match to add the line in one beep.

   Set stock on hand

   If you track stock, enter opening quantity. The till will decrement as you sell.
