Install Stockdey Till on a PC

The web till is a Progressive Web App. Install it so the counter opens full-screen from an icon, even when Wi‑Fi is down — after you have opened POS once while online.

   Sign in on the web

   Open stockdey.com, sign in with the same account as the phone, then go to POS. That hydrates catalogue, customers, and permissions onto this device.

   Install the app

   Use the Install banner, the install icon in the address bar, or the browser menu → Install StockDey Till. The icon is named StockDey Till and opens straight on POS.

   Launch from the icon next time

   Do not rely on a random browser tab. The installed app uses the cached shell. Sign out stays disabled while offline so you cannot lock yourself out.

Overnight / reopen offline

• Sales, cart holds, and the catalogue stay on this device — they survive closing the app.
• If login cookies expire while you are still offline, this device can reopen the dashboard and POS from a till-unlock cookie (set while you were signed in). That is not a second login.
• When you come back online, the service worker can refresh the shell once so HTML and JS match. Stay on last-known-good if you are still offline.
