Ask the shop questions when online. Run a public storefront on Pro.
Both desks are Pro and online-only. The till does not wait on them to take cash.

Ask about this shop
Sales this week, what’s low on stock, top products, expense summary — or type your own question. Answers use live shop data. Chat history stays in this browser for the organisation.
Online store
Needs online_store.manage and Pro. Sidebar → Online store. Walk the wizard: basics (name and URL), branding, WhatsApp, delivery zones, about & policies, which products to publish, then Go live.
Take payment on the shop
On Go live, choose how customers pay. Shopper checkout is not your Stockdey Pro subscription (that stays under Settings → Billing).
- Paystack (card / MoMo) — customers pay on the public shop. See Set up Paystack for the online store.
- Or instructions only: mobile money number, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You confirm those yourself in Orders.
- Paystack replaces instruction-only MoMo and bank while it is on — pick one style so shoppers are not confused.
- Orders land under Online store → Orders. For Paystack, wait until payment is confirmed before you fulfil.
- If the org drops to Free or the plan lapses, a live shop stays up with a pause screen instead of vanishing.
