Adjust and restock

Restock from the Inventory hub: quantity, cost, supplier, and paid / unpaid batches — without a full stock take.

Use Inventory when you know you received stock (a delivery, a crate from the market) and you want on-hand to go up now. Use a stock take when you are counting the whole shelf and posting variances.

Web Inventory hub

  1. 1

    Open Inventory

Sidebar → Inventory. Filter by low stock, out of stock, or category. Search by name, SKU, or barcode.

  2. 2

    Restock a tracked SKU

On the row, tap Restock. You need internet. Services and untracked items do not show Restock.

  3. 3

    Enter the delivery

Quantity, cost per unit, optional new selling price, batch number, note, and expiry if the product tracks expiry.

  4. 4

    Supplier and payment

Paid in full, unpaid, or partial. Unpaid or partial restocks need a supplier so the amount owing hits payables.

Mobile

Open the product → adjust or restock stock. The same on-hand number is what POS decrements after a sale. After sync, web Inventory matches the phone.
